2011年11月1日四川新界国际旅行社有限公司成立于四川成都，成立之初公司上下就均秉持着成为“西部地区大的出境旅游产品供应商”的初心，并不断地向着这个目标迈进。随着业务的拓展新界国旅分别在重庆.昆明.贵阳.西安.以及法兰克福成立分公司和办事处，多年的努力使新界国旅不断前进并成为中国西南部地区的本土欧洲出境旅游批发商，2018年新界国旅与岭南控股（股票代码SZ000524）广之旅结缘。在2019年，岭控广之旅成为新界国旅的控股股东，双方正式成功牵手！在双方管理层共同谋划的蓝图中，新界国旅将与广之旅“强强联合，资源共享”并成为广之旅西南运营中心的主体，保有独立品牌，维持现有团队构架。在西部市场全面拓展。新界国旅拥有多年欧洲和日本出境旅游B2B业务经验，航空资源和线下销售渠道遍及西部地区，欧洲出境批发业务规模连年名列同行业前茅。此次战略并购后，结合广之旅在C端的强大优势，实现“双端发力，双地兼顾，双网赋能”的战略格局。作为华南地区规模，实力，美誉度好的旅行社，广之旅拥有丰富的旅游产品研发能力、严格的质量管控体系、先进的资源整合模式，都将成为新界国旅未来业务拓展的助力，在这些助力的推动下，新界旅游将完成由欧洲专线批发商向境内外全品类综合旅游批发商的转型，依托广之旅在广州的丰富资源，新界旅游于2020年开展广州周边旅游的新项目，为市场带来全新的旅居产品新理念，并在2020年与广之旅全资子公司成都名家之旅正式合并，并成立全新的四川省内地接旅游品牌“新逸旅途”，全面开展四川地接及组团业务，在可以预见的未来，新界国旅有能力向同业客户提供更加丰富多彩的旅游产品，有能力进一步提升游客的旅游体验，有能力实现股东的殷切期盼，有能力把自己打造成为“西部地区大综合游产品供应商”！

     Nov.1st, 2011 is a meaningful day with a brand of traveling dream; the new planet tour was set up in Chengdu, China. New planet Tour gives fresh air to the development of outbound tourism. Our Company initiates a new travel way to help tourists explore new horizons and new world. Our company sticks an idea with no matter how far away we can reach.      So Far, the development of our company was out of expectation. Our company has become one of the biggest and most influential wholesalers in the West of China.
